Ryan Gary

Ryan is a 23 year old from Grand Rapids, MI. He has spent a good amount of time doing work around his community and other parts of world including South Africa, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Mexico, and Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya and Ethiopia during the month of March. He says, “One must go where the need is, and right now, that place is Haiti!” He also was a Chicago Marathon finisher and a Pacific Crest Trail hiker and is excited to attempt a bike ride across the America to raise money for a school and orphanage as needy as College Jean Rigaud Antoine and Kingdom Kids. Ryan is a graduate of Hope College and will be attending Regis University in pursuit of a career in physical therapy this fall.


Zach Huber

Zach is a 23 years old, who has lived in the West Michigan area since he was in 2nd grade. He graduated from West Ottawa High School in 2005 and from Hope College in 2009 with a degree in psychology. He will be attending graduate school at Ohio State University in the fall to study human factors. Shortly after the earthquake in Haiti Zach says, “I felt called to help in any way that I could.” Zach is married to a wonderful Elise Huber who is a nurse at the Holland Hospital. Zach was also a member and co-captain of the Hope College tennis team, while playing for 4 years. He is extremely excited about this opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and the community!
